Mike Watkins' indefinite suspension has come to an end in time for Penn State's matchup with No. 13 Virginia Tech on Tuesday.
The senior class was sent off in style after a dominant performance at Beaver Stadium helped the Nittany Lions finish with a 9-3 record.
Because the policy doesn't have the most clear-cut or effective enforcement strategies, the new program hopes to employ students to help educate their peers.
"The great thing about the possibility of a club here is that you would be surrounded by people better than you. That motivation, in my experience, usually helps you learn faster."
After closing in 2013, Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority will make its return to Penn State for formal recruitment next semester.
UPUA hopes the events will help students begin to think about their mental health proactively.
